About The Role

The Global Partner Program (GPP) serves as the overarching blueprint for steering and advancing Partner Business on a global scale. As the Global Partner Program Manager (GPPM), your role is pivotal in defining, shaping, and driving the implementation of the Partner Program with Siemens BP regional companies, specifically focusing on partner-type System Integrators. Your accountability spans defining processes, articulating tool requirements, and overseeing their seamless implementation

In your capacity as GPPM, effective communication and community management are integral aspects of your responsibilities. You guide and govern the local implementation while placing a strong emphasis on partner enablement, satisfaction, and loyalty – the cornerstones of the program. Collaborating closely with IT, marketing, and business development managers, your key partnership lies with the regional partner responsible

In essence, you are not just managing a program; you are orchestrating a strategic symphony that harmonizes global standards with regional intricacies

Location: This role is based in our Zug HQ – Switzerland

The Role

  • You define the Global Partner Program and coordinate resources to enable our system integrators best to sell, execute projects, and grow the business during the lifecycle of the installed base
  • You drive the implementation of a harmonized global partner program in over 30 countries, ensuring compliance with global standards, and monitoring the performance
  • You energize a community of country managers, spark a synergy of best practices, and prioritize innovative sales enablement strategies. You are cultivating a co-creation mindset.
  • You lead and orchestrate cross-departmental endeavors to deliver essential global assets, ranging from IT tools and training modules to sales enablement materials
  • You support and expand the existing sales approach ‘Digital/Inside Sales’ in over 20 countries and align with initiatives at division level
  • You drive as project office the introduction of a sales engagement platform to digitally enhance sales reps’ activities in the countries

Your Profile

Technical Skills

  • You have at least five years of experience in a similar position in the B2B industry
  • You possess a deep understanding in sales and working with partners and a strong affinity for partner programs and marketing
  • Applicants with experience working in large and complex organizations will have a natural advantage, as the job’s environment is to act within a global stakeholder network
  • You are fluent in English and German
