You will work for the Medela Consumer product line on a temporary contract for 12 months until our employee returns from maternity leave. We are looking for a solution oriented and flexible person who can step in quickly as of March 2022 and commit for the time period of 1 year.
Main tasks:
  • Develop the marketing mix for the products including of product positioning and value proposition
  • Take over the role as key stakeholder to contribute to the areas of pricing strategy and promotion assets creation
  • Lead product marketing activities for assigned products inclusive of product lifecycle management, insights driven product roadmaps
  • Develop and deliver profitable business plans and develop and manage the budget
  • Turn market / competition / customer needs analyses into business and product value propositions
  • Actively engage with regions to drive Medela’s ambitions as a global brand
Profile:
  • Degree in a relevant business field like Marketing or Business Administration combined with around 3 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager
  • Some experience in FMCG industries is highly preferred
  • Interest in collaboration within a global environment
  • English fluent, every other language is an asset
  • Structured working style, willingness to take ownership
