Global Program Manager (w/m)

Votre défi
  • Being the central point to the customers and within the company for all matters related to your program
  • Leading project team members at multiple locations
  • Responsibility for QCD and risk management as well for compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements
  • Tracking costs to ensure product and program profitability
  • Reporting the projects status and escalating major project risks to Senior Management
  • Supporting Business Development during project acquisition phase
  • Leading projects from kick-off through development and industrialization until successful introduction in serial production
  • Being responsible to drive the project timeline to achieve internal and customer milestones

Vos compétences
  • Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics or similar
  • 5 - 10 years of proven experience in program/project management in international environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills & problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Fluent in either German or French with good communication skills in the other
  • Ability to motivate and align your project team
  • Assertive to approach other managers for discussion and alignment
