Proclinical are recruiting a Global Project Manager Practice Management Software for a medical technology and device organisation. This role is on a permanent basis. The client is focused on tooth replacement treatments.

Responsibilities

• Form and handle virtual bid teams and contributions from a variety of shareholders, ideally including input from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Provide international assistance for regional teams on bid qualification procedure for new prospects and evaluate commercial features of the bid to guarantee all services are involved in the final offer to the client.
• You will evolve and implement a framework to outline project goals, scops, roles, duties and material needs.
• Handle obtainability and provision for international practice management software projects.
• To timetable crucial project milestones, workstreams and actions, as well as handle the distribution of the project rendering to the plan, you will lead and consult regions and country software sales in planning detailed project plans.
• The ideal candidate will recognise and alleviate possible hazards in larger roll-out, data migration and establishment plans.
• To consistently track software / IT projects and offer systematic documents on project status, scope and timetable to project teams and key shareholders.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline or an amalgamation of experience and education.
• Familiarity with technical, cloud-based software needs and security notions for either a medical or dental organisation.
• Prior involvement in practice operations, workflow management and data-based corporate intelligence would be beneficial.
• Exhibited the ability to handle multifaceted IT / software resolutions within a dental or medical organisation.
• Acquaintance with managing IT projects, preferably possess a project management certification.
• Comprehension in commercial subjects, risk management abilities, partnered with execution familiarity of governance procedures.
• Communication skills both written and verbally, along with project management abilities.
• Familiar with networking with cross-functional teams and able to approach and convey to shareholders both internally and externally.
• Computer literacy in JIRA, Zendesk, Agile methods, DevOps, etc.
• Acquaintance operating within a matrix environment within an international set up.
• Client-oriented providing good service.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in other languages would be advantageous.
• A dynamic individual who is forthright and performance driven.
• Implementation and commercial skills with an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Able to offer high quality depictions of accomplished outcomes.
• A resilient individual who is social and possess discussion skills.
• Able to think analytically with the ability to act in a high level of integrity and commitment.
• Comfortable operating within an energetic and international corporation setting.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 30% of the time.
