You may be our newGlobal Quality Engineer SpoutsAt our Neuhausen site, we develop and produce plastic closures for beverage packaging and develop machines for applying closures to packaging. Our plastic closures are mass-produced on high-performance production systems both in Neuhausen and by our global suppliers.In order to ensure the high-quality requirements, we are looking for active support in our GQM team as Global Quality Engineer Spouts (m/f/d).The aim of this exciting position is to ensure the sustainable production of the spouts according to specification and system conformity in our global production network. The internal and external standardization of the worldwide approval and testing processes is also part of this (from design to production).Key responsibilities

• Quality planning and support in projects, in the development process of molded parts and their injection molding tools, assembly systems and optical measuring and testing systems.
• Evaluation of initial sampling of new and existing products from test, prototype, and series tools as well as of complete production systems for mass production
• Accompanying the validation process in projects and checking the product and system releases
• Development of process capability and its key figures, of product and plant design as well as manufacturing process and technology, in close cooperation with Global Research & Development and Global Production Engineering
• Support for risk assessments and definition of any changes to systems, machines, tools, raw materials and additives
• Review and approval of technical drawings
• Consulting and participation in technical change management
• Standardization and continuous improvement of quality documents and processes
• Training, release, and testing process at and for suppliers

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Technical vocational training and further training as a quality engineer as well as experience in Six Sigma form an optimal basis for this demanding task.
• In addition, you already have at least five years of professional experience in industrial production in a quality environment and very important also in plastic injection molding
• Your good communication and teamwork skills as well as excellent knowledge of English make it easier for you to deal with your contacts.
• You are a dynamic and solution-oriented personality and have good assertiveness combined with a high degree of independence and good analytical thinking skills.
