You may be our new Global Raw Material Expert Spouts

Within SIG, SIG allCap Ltd. is responsible for the worldwide production of innovative plastic closures for carton beverage cartons. At the Neuhausen plant, the company produces around one third of its annual requirement in-house. Production is carried out in large batches on high-performance injection molding production systems.

The flexibly adaptable property profile of plastics opens almost unlimited areas of application for this class of materials. Knowing what leads to the typical behavior of plastics is a decisive added value in the daily work in plastics processing companies. That is why we are looking for a person with experience in this field to complement our Global Quality Management Team.

Key resposibilities

• Advice the right selection of closure raw material in collaboration with GR&D and GPE Spouts.
• Responsible for all closure raw material qualification tasks related to aseptic carton business
• Consultant for mold flow analysis (injection molding);Responsible for activity group raw material
• Responsible for all technical discussions with closure raw material suppliers

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

• Certified formation and/or university degree in plastics technology, material science or similar area
• Very good knowledge in the field of plastics technology and in the processing of polymers
• Self-initiative, high reliability and goal-oriented way of working
• Communicative personality and very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• High level of team- and customer orientation
