About the job

  • Manage the creation of engaging retail relevant training content by identifying learning objectives, define and create course content, and assess the learning

  • Project manage the content creation with internal stakeholders, external copywriters, and agencies to ensure a timely delivery to our global training community

  • Ensure a blended learning approach by creating content in various learning methodologies, from micro-learning - digital and print, instructor-led trainings, and eLearning storyboarding

  • Build a strong network with internal teams (such as Product Marketing ) to ensure content accuracy and for asset management

  • Brief the Retail Operations team on training initiatives and activities, and support with timely content exchange

  • Support the Head of Training Content in updating the onboarding training content for all academy target groups

  • Project management of end-to-end processes (Kanban) in the development of respective training content including master content creation and its translation

  • Proofread training content and modules and ensure content alignment across all tools and learning channels

  • Keep abreast with new and emerging learning methodologies

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor or University degree/ Education, preferably in Communication

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

  • Background in attainable luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands/Hospitality business

  • Project management and and proven content management skills

  • Focus on solutions, agility, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude

  • Affinity to content creation

  • Digital learning proficiency

  • Excellent English (written and spoken), presentation, and communication skills
