For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Geneva, we are recruiting a Global Service Desk - Analyst who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities

As a Global Service Desk - Analyst you are the point of contact for our client’s employees for IT issues. You answer customers byemails and by phone. You analyze situations reported to determinate the impact. You document ticket to ensure they contain up to date information. You ensure follow-up and that customer expectations are managed.

Profile
  • Bachelor in IT
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge in ticketing tools
  • Good knowledge in Windows
  • French and English
