Proclinical are recruiting a Global Tender Lead - Director or Senior Director for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich.Responsibilities- Guide tactical and operation for tender actions.
- Both synthesise and comprehend contributions from cross-functional and affiliate teams to recognise and analyse trends and/or changes in the healthcare system that will influence procurement authority methods.
- You will maximise non-price tendering criteria for mature brands that offers positive benefits for the business’ performance and methodical objectives.
- Recognise and realise non-clinical differentiation with tender authorities and affiliated key shareholders such as payer, pharmacist, provider, etc.
- Responsible for driving proactive tender & contract planning and implementation across locations, in cooperation with international tender task force and associate teams, maximising winning high value tenders.
- Form internal networks with associate GMs and Access/Tender leads to guarantee transparent information flow and partnership in handling tender/contract challenges.
- You will develop and execute measurement systems and KPIs to examine the impact of tender & contract operations and actions.
- Contribute to general business method based on acumens into the international and local tender/contract settings which involves outlining possible prospects for the business.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
- Educated to a degree level in a life science, healthcare management, public administration or marketing field.
- Educated in a postgraduate degree in business studies.
- At least 10+ years of experience within a healthcare organisation.
- Past involvement in a leadership role.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in another language.
- Acquaintance with leading an originator LoE programme would be beneficial.
- Familiarity launching a biosimilar and/or generic follow-on and competing against a generic.
