The Competency and Training Business Process Specialist (BPS) is a regionally and globally aligned role and guardian for Competency Management processes across EMEA and APAC region under the responsibility of the Global Business Process Owner. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a good understanding of Supply Chain & Competency Management within PLAN.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the global training portals and governance process to ensure structure and training content is up to date and within requested format
  • Ownership of Training & Process Adherence Reporting
  • Responsible for Onboarding and No Training No Access Process (NTNA) for all PLAN newcomers
  • Closely collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPO) to define and manage training needs (SC functional and soft skills)
  • Coordination and creation of new training material on different training platforms such as ClickLearn, Articulate, PPT, etc. based on training template guidelines
  • Organization of live training sessions (virtual and where needed on site) incl. tracking, quiz management, follow up communication, etc.
  • Drive migration of J&J LMS Compliance Wire to SUMMIT
  • Supports the Training BPO on future skill transformation (Digitization/Data Science, Autonomous Planning, etc.)
  • Represent Competency Management Team in Regional Planning Communities of Practice (CoP)
  • Participate actively in Global Training & Competency Team meetings and initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of training systems (e.g. SPECTRUM, LIGHTHOUSE, etc.)
  • Communication of Competency Management & Training related topics to appropriate audiences including maintenance of distribution lists
  • Provide project management support for the GPEx organization by leading cross functional/cross regional projects and initiatives (Agile)
  • Creation of training and learning strategies
Who We Are Looking For
  • 5-7 years of general business experience
  • Experience of training management, training delivery and development would be desirable
  • Experience of eLearning tools (Articulate, ClickLearn) would be an advantage
  • FPx or another project management certification preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrix environment - mostly in a virtual environment
  • Keen to drive innovation within Training and Competency Management - likes to challenge the status quo
  • A combination of E2E Supply Chain and Leadership skills desirable
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required
  • English skills - excellent written and oral
  • Communication, presentation & facilitation skills

  • This individual must possess the ability to manage difficult issues and implement positive change

This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months with an option for extension or permanent contract.
