RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will harness the power of community-driven growth to execute dYdX Foundation’s and dYdX DAO’s vision, mission, values and execution plan to drive 10x growth for the DYDX community.
  • Mobilize active participation in governance initiatives across Discord, Commonwealth, and on-chain voting to enhance efficiencies in decentralized decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionality with community managers, dYdX Grants, and external partners to drive governance business development opportunities in various geographies for the dYdX Protocol and DYDX communities.
  • Grow the dYdX delegator and delegate programs.
  • Analyze KPIs, trends, and growth metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Develop analytics using tools such as Dune Analytics, Etherscan, Google Analytics, and Metabase to define and measure operating metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working in consulting, growth, or an operations role at a crypto startup.
  • Knowledge of DAOs, dYdX product and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and ship a consistent pace of multi-channel content, and the ability to manage the content distribution infrastructure as needed.
  • Execution-oriented and self-driven.
  • Project management, time management, and the ability to multitask.
