Your team


This is a unique 24-month experience, where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different finance teams to build your expertise and professional skills.


Our graduate programme includes on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork but also exploring your skill sets, furthering your development, and setting specific objectives. Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA, CIIA, etc.). Our programme will also enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills required in your future career. The programme will provide you with the opportunity as well to establish an extensive network of peers and experts within Pictet and to meet members of the senior management.


The successful candidate will join the Pictet Risk and Group Information Security departments as well as being part of the Graduate Programme. The Pictet Risk and Group Information Security departments provide senior management with risk insights to enable them to define the Group’s strategic priorities and help them plan and monitor implementation.

Your role


You will have the opportunity in this position to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Group’s risk and information security issues through a series of rotations across the Group and the business lines (e.g. Corporate Functions, Technology & Operations, etc.).


You will have the chance to work in the Group Information Security team and the Etat Major – Project team. There will be other rotations across business lines and at different Pictet locations.

The tasks involved will include:


  • Conducting risk analysis studies in the areas of information security, cybersecurity, data processing while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Working on data management and data optimisation projects.
  • Organising and leading regular security tests.
  • Leading and taking part in projects aimed at strengthening protection against cybersecurity risks.
  • Raising awareness of cyber security risks.
  • Taking part in Group projects to assess risks and ensuring that control measures are respected.
  • Supporting the project management team in their daily work.

Your profile


  • Master’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic track record from a leading university. Information security or data management expertise would be preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with data and capable of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity techniques, tools and methods.
  • Data manipulation tools (Python) would be a plus.
  • First experience in a similar role in financial services or with a top consulting firm (strategy consulting or corporate finance) would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
