- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship
Your Mission
- You create a connected, automated data environment used across finance analytics & planning processes
- You contribute to the preparation of budget and forecast models with accuracy & transparency
- You perform variance analysis to understand and communicate budget vs. actual performance
- You collaborate with business units & regional teams to understand their financial needs and align their goals with the group target

- Current enrollment in a relevant finance, accounting, or business-related degree program
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
