The Head HR Advisory leads, manages and motivates a global team of HR professionals, focused on providing expert guidance and advice to business on HR matters. Partners with other departments to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

For this new role we are looking for a people-focused leader with a growth mindset and a proven ability to motivate employee productivity and communicate with upper management to determine the best methods supporting the business. You will be part of the leadership team at the Global People Relations Center (GPRC) and report to the Head GPRC. What You Will Do
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Developing and implementing HR concepts and systems, with primary focus on his/her area of responsibility, organizes team initiatives
  • Providing vision, leadership, planning and coordination for the engagements of the HR Advisory team
  • Building and developing a strong motivated HR Advisory team across locations and functions through effective recruiting, coaching, training and team building, conflict resolution
  • Ensuring communication between different HR stakeholders and the Advisory team
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, as well as with local, national, and international employment laws and regulations
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship throughout the organization, particularly with HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence which will be instrumental to deliver on strategy
  • Creating a customer experience vision including ways to measure customer satisfaction and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participating in special HR projects as assigned
What You Bring
  • You have proven experience 8+ years in operating within a global matrix organization, previous experience in leading globally dispersed teams with different cultural backgrounds is a benefit
  • You build, manage and lead teams, inspire and motivate others and deal with conflicts.
  • You are an HR professional with deep understanding of various HR functions and processes along the employee life cycle, with excellent hands-on implementation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build effective relationships with customer groups and other parts of the organization including HR, Compliance, Audit and IT
  • An energetic team player with a strong drive to collaborate across boundaries, a global mindset is a must
  • Fluent in local language; Fluent in English, fluency in German or Spanish is an advantage
