One of our client is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented personality (f/m/d) who is passionate about the acquisition and support of large and complex corporate customers and who, as a proven team player, assumes management responsibility in an established team .

Tasks

Your tasks:
  • Overall responsibility for the corporate customers team in Northwest Switzerland, regular sales meetings, management and coordination of sales activities and coaching of employees
  • Acquisition of new MGU customers from the existing network of relationships and as part of a market development plan to be worked out annually
  • Advice for corporate customers including the preparation of creditworthiness analyses, the development of customer-oriented, structured financing proposals and the formulation of loan applications tailored to the addressee.
  • Maintaining relationships, supporting and advising banks in the north-western Switzerland region
  • Participation in internal department and sales meetings, occasional participation in projects with regard to sales and risk issues
  • External and internal network maintenance including representation tasks in the region

Requirements

Your profile:
  • Several years of in-depth professional experience in the Swiss corporate customer business, with management experience and a corresponding network in the region
  • Higher education (university, FH) and/or well-founded banking training with further training at the level of banking expert (majoring in banking & finance, MAS in bank management, MAS in corporate finance, or similar)
  • Proven financing and structuring skills and experience
  • High commitment, good analytical skills and a balanced risk awareness
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sales and new customer acquisition
