What to expect

• You protect the company’s IT ecosystem and strengthen cyber security standards
• You drive the adoption of internal cyber security regulations and monitor their evolution and adherence to local requirements
• You define a robust management process to monitor/identify/respond security-related incidents granting risk aware decision
• You execute technical security testing activities, addressing and controlling the remediation of resulting vulnerabilities
• You ensure the implementation of security measures to manage Security-related threats
• You coordinate locally the execution of group security programs related to cyber security
• You attend to project and implementation meetings, and serve as the security consultant to help guide cyber security topics
• You promote knowledge and awareness on the subject among all employees
• You work in strict contact with IT department and IT service providers and Generali Group
  

The skills you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience, complementary certification in Cyber Security a plus (e.g. certification related to technical security like CISSP, CEH, GIAC, OSCP) and willingness for continuous further qualification in relevant topics
• Know-how in current trends and tactics on cyber attacks (e.g. MITRE) and knowledge of main penetration tests methodology (e.g. OWASP)
• Deep knowledge in the organizational and technical areas of cyber security (Network, Cloud, Endpoint, Mobile, IoT, Application)
• Customer orientation, team spirit and pleasure in leading negotiations with ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish
• Fluent knowledge of English, German a plus
• Self-initiated, reliable and curious, able to comprehend and structure issues and explain to C-level
