Corporate Partnerships
  • Managing high-value corporate partnerships to secure multi-year strategic partnerships
  • Work with key ZIS program leads to ensure strong alignment and co-construction of experiences that benefit both ZIS and our corporate partners
  • Develop robust cultivation and stewardship plans for all corporate partnerships, ensuring engagement and support
  • Provide regular analysis on the market, identifying patterns and opportunities
Annual Fund
  • Managing all strategies and activities for donor identification, research, cultivation, solicitation, and relations
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the marketing and PR programs for the Annual Fund
Bi Annual Gala
  • Leading the Gala Committee planning meetings
  • Executing the Gala successfully
Capital Campaign
  • Managing the engagement of key corporate donors
  • Working closely with the Director of Community Relations on developing campaign materials, prospect development plans as well as developing and holding cultivation events
Development Team
  • Manage the development associates responsible for the Alumni Program and Research and Database
  • Oversee volunteers
Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Qualities

Bachelor or Master’s Degree

Experience in relationship and project management

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build shared visions

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Demonstrated success leading teams in culturally diverse organizations

Knowledge of the G Suite products and CRM databases

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimum supervision
