Head of Digital Marketing (m/w/x)

Your responsibilities
  • Managing, leading and further developing the digital marketing strategy
  • Leading the digital marketing team responsible for the conception, support and success analysis of the online channels and activities
  • Overall responsibility for the digital marketing budget
  • Responsibility for managing the social media channels in terms of editorial content and growth of the social media communities
  • Further developing the strategic and content-related marketing roadmap in coordination with CFB markets around the world
  • Supporting and advising markets in the implementation of local digital marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring and analysing online activities and optimising them on this basis
  • Updating and continuously optimising the CFB website
  • Further developing, implementing and monitoring the influencer strategy
  • Working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders
Your skills
  • University degree in communication studies, media studies or business administration with a focus on digital marketing or a similar qualification
  • Five to seven years of professional experience in digital/online marketing at companies or agencies
  • Extensive experience with all common social media platforms, website support and creating online media plans.
  • Familiar with common digital marketing tools and solutions (CMS, Analytics, Search, Tag Manager, etc.) as well as knowledge in performance marketing
  • Experience in stakeholder and agency management
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
  • Ambitious and performance-oriented personality with independent working style and hands-on mentality
  • Team-oriented mindset and behaviour
  • Understanding of the industry and affinity for the luxury sector as well as passion and flair for the latest trends in digital marketing
