Tasks
  • Define, plan and own product vision and roadmap for all digital products - Specify digital products: Website, E-commerce, App and later CRM Salesforce
  • Lead, manage and mentor team of 6+ FTE including product owners, project management and digital merchandise/content as well as testing
  • Develop deep understanding of client journeys and associated needs, problems, and challenges to build innovative products spanning all touchpoints
  • Work independently and drive product development while displaying strong stakeholder management (Group, HQ and Market organization) and analytical skills to deliver on the vision
  • Lead launch of new products and features, measure performance, iterate quickly through efficient management of your team and external agencies
  • Bridge gap between business and technology, build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Create success metrics and ensure reporting of KPIs as your products and tools go into production
  • Work with your team and mobilize cross-functional teams to develop ambitious, creative solutions to solve customer problem
Requirements
  • Profound experience in a similar leadership position in the area of product management, preferably with a background of a pure-player
  • Proven track record in the ownership and development of digital products such as E-commerce, app, webshops, CRM, website management, UI and UX
  • Experience managing and leading a digital, cross-functional team with a leadership approach that emphasizes personal growth, innovation
  • Strong communication skills on several levels (including management) with the ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize their requirements
  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, computer science, tech or related field. Technical background paired with MBA are a plus
  • An innovative and disruptive mindset combined with a high level of assertiveness and communicative skills
  • Strategic mindset with an eye for details, paired with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in English is required, German and French are a plus
