Define and implement the worldwide E-commerce strategy : Brand website, Online wholesale, Marketplaces and Omnichannel

Lead and motivate a talented team of E-commerce professionals, providing vision, direction and guidance

Animate an international community of country E-commerce managers to define the best local strategy and help them growing their digital skills

Increase sales and deliver the best online customer experience through the quality of content and services in a 360 vision (website, back-office, payment methods, supply chain)

Build and strengthen relationships with external agencies and partners in order to contribute to the efficient operation of online sales

Increase and optimise brand visibility on online wholesale websites and marketplaces, define the best strategy for online distribution with local teams

Ensure change management in the company through processes such as Agile methodology, Metrics driven, Quality, Business reviews

Strongly collaborate with digital marketing team (Digital campaigns, Traffic, CRM)
