  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for strategic projects, focusing on R&D and CAPEX
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Management activities
  • Lead and manage the Controlling team and directly oversee the Head of Controlling and his team of finance professionals
  • Requirements:**
  • Proven track record in financial leadership roles within deep tech or industrial companies
  • Familiarity with Swiss GAAP FER and German GAAP accounting standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of German is highly advantageous
