Head of Global Key Account

Based in our Zug office.

As Head of Global Key Account you will have a full responsibility for global account P&L. You will be responsible to develop and manage the account strategy and commercial relationship for the global key account. In addition you will be hunting for new opportunities within Global Key Account business. Recent changes in consumer behavior and market trends are offering plenty of opportunities that can be addressed by state-of-the-art flexible packaging solutions for food, beverage or personal and home care products, with high quality and hygiene standards.

In this position your areas of responsibility will be to:
  • Develop together with customer joint Global Key Account Plan
  • Lead, coach and develop global KA Team
  • Lead strategic alignment process with Global Account
  • Manage top-2-top relationship and communication
  • Develop and seize new business opportunities
  • Set and achieve financial objectives for Global Key Account
  • Responsible for reporting and communication internally and towards the customer
  • Ensure joint strategic alignment with (key)account
You are experienced commercial leader and good communicator, written and verbal English, you possess a good knowledge of technical elements in packaging (product and process). Outgoing, strong relationship builder and person that can continue to drive long lasting partnership with our Global Key Account. You have a strong business acumen and you have ability to size opportunity, viability of a project and prepare business case. You are commercially oriented and open-minded, curious, creative, and imaginative. Finally, you have an ability to develop and present business plans, strategies and present results to all levels of organization and internal and external stakeholders. Education: BS/BA degree with min 7 years of experience. Masters or MBA preferred
