For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:
Your mission
The resource will take part in the Human Resources department and will be responsible for overseing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal resource has a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures with extensive experience in employee recruitment.

The candidate will in branch of:
  • Managing the entire employee’s life cycle, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
  • Managing issues related to employment, compensation, labour negotiations and employee relations.
  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending improvements to our standard HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducting the recruitment process, champions the onboarding process, and providing clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
  • Organising the personal and team development activities and trainings.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews process.
  • Working on diversity and inclusion, change management and cultural change.
  • Contributing to the further development of the EADV landscape and provides proposals for change.
  • Managing the HR budget.

Your profile

  • Msc / MA in Human Resource or related field
  • Three or more years of experience as HR manager
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in Switzerland.
  • Knowledge in human resources practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrable experience with managing (cultural) change in an organization.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English; another language is a plus.
  • Experience with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Handles confidential matters with discretion.
