About Our Client

Our client in a new company in biologics establishing its offices in Geneva

Job Description

Management, supervision and optimization of processes: cost control and optimization (e.g. personal shift , organization of production cycles, choice of equipment…) . Increase in industrial capacity: optimization of existing, feasibility, cost, timing, impact on current commercial production

Secure the direct supply of the raw materials provided by European companies

Organize the maintenance of equipment, especially for those of European or American origin: Set up the relationship with equipment manufacturers and anticipate the renewal of equipment.

Participate to the quality process (drafting of procedures, KPI, resolution of deviations ) , and participate in the Quality audits of suppliers

Contribute to CMC and manage the industrial variations and contribute to the evaluation of their regulatory impacts

Manage the relationship with CDMOs, and manage tech transfers

The Successful Applicant

Process and equipment engineer, pharmacist would be a plus

Production experience on in-house site and CDMO management (external manufacturing).

Operational: he/she should like the implementation, and team management, and should have a good understanding of industrial commercial processes

Strategic, financial vision of industrial operations

Biological production experience is a must, vaccine would be a plus

Expertise in F&F, Lyophilization

Animate a network of external vaccine experts

Master the project management

Entrepreneur , autonomous

Leadership : act as the number one industrial affairs expert

Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with CDMO, suppliers and internally regulatory VEC (CMC) and quality…

Many trips to be expected on site and with potential suppliers and CDMOs for DS production (US-EU and Asia)
