We are a young Zurich-based startup providing parents with circular baby clothing service. Yes, we rent out bundles of organic baby clothes for baby’s the first years because they grow too fast and the clothing is used too little. We support small brands producing baby clothes made with organic cotton and reduce clothing waste by sharing clothes automatically between families. Our goal is to make renting more attractive than buying new, starting with baby clothes.

We are looking for you to join our team as a head of logistics and operations / COO to make our business scalable and automate circularity. You oversee the operations of our rental business and establish the processes and systems that enable us to grow at a fast pace. This is a key position within the OiOiOi management team and we are looking for someone who is in for the long run, revolutionizing rental with us!

Requirements:

• Logistics is the world you move in. You know how to optimize processes to create the future of rental
• You have fun automating things, technology is your friend and you’re good at managing data
• You are ready to get your hands ‘dirty’ with daily business & deep dive into the operations process of a circular business
• You have your eyes on the market, connect with other rental businesses and learn constantly
• You maintain a customer-focused view at all times
