Your team

Technology & Operations Division is the partner of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing for technological infrastructure, custodian activities and funds administration. The Performance & Web Services team is part of the Reporting Services which provides a broad range of Reporting Services, tax and regulatory operations.

Your team will produce performance analysis reports as well as other specific reporting’s for clients.

Your role
  • Manage your team, allocation of work and capacity monitoring, organization of team meetings, transmission of information, evolution meetings, recruitment, training, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Propose production and IT improvement.
  • Manage and actively participate in the production process, data quality controls and daily update of performance applications.
  • Working in close cooperation with front office teams, to setup performance reports that correctly reflect clients’ investment strategies.
  • Work closely with our project team and establish a strong partnership with the Tech team.
  • Provide support to internal users on the subject of client reporting in general, and performance in particular. Coordinate among business lines.

Your profile

Hard Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, performance and performance attribution reporting.
  • Excellent command of French and English; German language skills will be an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Jira and Avaloq.
  • Excellent knowledge of operational banking processes that impact performance and performance attribution reporting, very good understanding of the transaction process flows.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify/summarise complex topics and apply them in concrete situations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, planning skills and efficient team management.
  • Problem-solving abilities, and “think-out-of-the-box” attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership through the mobilization and drive of the production teams.

Qualifications And Experience
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position with strong business knowledge and understanding of various banking operations.
  • Prior experience in performance and client reporting.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
