About the job

  • Contributes to shaping and implementing the 3-years product marketing plan including product assortment, lifecycle management, pricing and margin targets

  • Translates masterplan into annual and seasonal detailed Novelty and Basic SKU plans for the Home Décor / Crystal Living portfolio

  • Brief Creative team for the development of new product Home Décor / Crystal Living collections and work closely with the design and product development teams over the entire collection development process

  • Actively manages product lifecycle of portfolio reducing valuation adjustment risk, work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management teams

  • Leads and develops team, creating and living a performance-drive culture

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University Master degree / MBA

  • 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills paired with strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

  • Keen eye for aesthetics and design. Strong customer orientation

  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
