Tasks

If you want to have a significant impact on our success story, we’d love to have you as our new Head of Sales!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading our sales, customer success and solution architects team of 5 people, and scaling it
  • Managing & implementing sales activities in Switzerland and internationally
  • Expanding into new markets, regular travels across Switzerland, Europe, and North America
  • Hands-on sales activities to hit monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

What we expect from you
  • longstanding experience in B2B sales and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • actively built and led a sales team, preferably international.
  • demonstrable experience in growing revenue from CHF 5’000’000 to CHF 20’000’000
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • demonstrable experience in a C-suite or senior management role, preferably at a startup.
