Are you a History and Theory of Knowledge teacher looking for a new and exciting teaching opportunity in Switzerland?

Tes are currently supporting a private co-education day and boarding school located in an idyllic pastoral environment in the heart of Switzerland. The school is looking to appoint an IB DP History and Theory of Knowledge teacher for an August start.

The school offers education to students between ages 13-19 to study the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). With outstanding academic results upon high school graduation, most of their students enter the top 30 universities around the world.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, BEd or MEd with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • experience teaching History and TOK up to IB Diploma
  • a love and passion for education.
