HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As part of Richemont International SA, you will be in charge of providing administrative support to the payroll and social insurance department of La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the following HR administrative scope:
- Administrative support to payroll and social insurance activities
- Creation of KPI’s tables for decision support
- Establishment of checklists
- Data quality, reporting and controlling in SAP HR
- General administration for the department
You have an excellent sense of customer service and you can work independently in a changing environment. Agile with figures and organized, you are rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit. You hold a CFC in business administration or equivalent and have a general notion of the Swiss payroll system. You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
