Kandou needs a full-time resourceful HR assistant for our Lausanne headquarter. The successful candidate is flexible, professional, able to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information, and is motivated to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.


  • Ensure end to end HR Administration, including but not limited to the Employment cycle (entry, exit, contracts, filing, work certificate, etc)
  • Welcoming all newcomers and guiding them through the onboarding process incl preparing their arrival (Seating, IT, Work permits, etc), taking care of the administrative onboarding and Employee files (social insurances such as AVS, LPP, etc)
  • Process the monthly payroll instructions and collaborate with the external payroll company for Switzerland and some of our international branches
  • Collaborate on payroll end-year process (salary certificates, annual report, etc.)
  • Compile, maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Preparing reports and statistics for Management Meeting and ISO certification
  • Assist the multi-site HR team on projects on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in the recruitment process (follow up of incoming CVs, organize interviews, etc.)
  • Maintaining HRIS and various databases updated
  • Preparing reports and statistics for Management Meeting and ISO certification
  • Handling of various correspondences
  • Follow-up/manage the monthly HR invoices

Requirements

  • CFC employé(e) de commerce
  • HR Assistant Certificate
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
