Then do not look any further!For Our Client, An Internationally Operating Company In Nidau, We Are Looking For a Motivated Person To Support Their HR Department As aHR Assistant or HR Specialist (m/w) 100%The employment is initially planned as maternity leave cover until the end of 2022.Your Tasks
  • Execute administration in German, English and French for recruiting, onboarding (contracts, letters etc. and leave, reference letters etc.), deboarding, in line with Quality standards and internal procedures.
  • Administrate Swiss Social Insurances, coordinate with Swiss Social Security insurances and taxes: Fill in forms for pension fund, medical, child allocation etc.
  • Update time and Absence system, distribute monthly time sheets, generate reports, superuser of time and absence system
  • Organization and administration of employee events and employee trainings
  • Prepare payroll documents and enter data into Payroll System ABACUS, provide support to HR Manager in reporting
  • Provide support in recruiting to HR Manager, organizing interviews, assessments, may conduct interviews together with Line Managers
  • Keep employee data, Quality documents, org charts, and HR policies up to date, assure correct electronic and paper filing of HR documents
  • Support training of apprentice in HR Department
  • Participate in HR Projects and be backup of other HR team members
  • Other organizational and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Commercial Apprenticeship / Diploma in HR preferable
  • Strong experience in recruitment, experience in payroll preferable.
  • German or French mother tongue, fluent in English
  • Know-how of Mobatime and ABACUS or similar HR tools
