• Providing guidance and counselling to employees and managers across the entire employee cycle
• Co-developing and establishing a unique leadership and consulting culture
• Sustainable optimization of HR processes including supporting transformation and change processes as well as active participation in the introduction of new tools
• Collaboration on HR-specific or company-wide projects
• Promotion and expansion of employee development measures
• Close cooperation within the HR-Team across 6 countries and our Shared Services Centre (payroll, admin and systems)

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, comparable training or studies
• Experience in HR, experience as HR Business Partner is an advantage
• Enthusiasm, quick comprehension, strong implementation orientation as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Flexibility and high IT affinity
• Good sense of humor
• Native French, fluent English, German is an advantage
