Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for an experienced HRBP to join our team. As an HRBP, you will hold a dual role, managing day-to-day HR operations while also serving as a strategic partner to support our employees. The position is based in Geneva, reporting directly to the Group Head of HR, you will collaborate closely with senior managers within our business lines to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. About the Job
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Take ownership of talent management initiatives including performance management, employee development, succession planning and retention strategies.
Oversee the entire employee lifecyle.
Work with stakeholders to develop KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed and assist with the employee relations and engagement plan.
Provide expert consultation to management on labor law issues to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
Lead the identification and recruitment efforts to support future workforce planning aligned with the corporate strategy.
Prepare presentations, reports, talent analysis, and decision documents to support decision-makers.

Your Qualification

To be successful in this role, the HRBP should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, along with a solid grasp of HR best practices and trends. You should be comfortable collaborating within a matrix organization, working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectives. Specifically, we are looking for candidate who has:

A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Extensive practical experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in an international context.
A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated ability to implement HR solutions that benefit the business and enhance employee satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in French and English.
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required.
