Breitlingstands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are currently looking for an HR Generalist (80-100%)to join our #Squad.


Your responsibilities:


  • Consultation and support of the employees and line managers
    • Consult and support the employees and the line managers in the defined area in all operational and administrative personnel matters from entry to exit
    • Support in change and personnel development issues
  • Recruiting
    • Support the HR BP and the Recruitment Squad in various steps of the recruitment process in close collaboration with the line managers
  • Projects / Processes
    • Participate in strategic and operational Human Resources activities and their implementation (ISO 9001, Enterprise Consolidation)
    • Support the HRBP and the Payrool Team and the management in annual recurring processes (annual payroll, bonuses, employee appraisals, annual budgeting, promotions, etc.)
    • Prepare presentation for management of the Operations department, incl. preparation of KPIs and various analytics
  • Communication :
    • Be the person of contact of the whole Operations department (internally: all departments / externally: collective labor, social insurances, head hunters, job agencies, social media partners, job applicants, schools)
  • Various
    • ISO Project
    • Support the Regular KPIs for the Operations Business Unit
    • Support in Training follow up (internal and external)
    • Support to colleagues on all HR topics or for some information if needed
    • Analyse situations on internal teams
    • Support in cases of dissmissing and replacement
    • Participation on specific project (Xmas Party, Future en tous genre, Journée des Familles, etc.)


Your profile:

  • You have several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international industrial environment (experience in watchmaking industry would be a plus)
  • You have a Commercial education or university degree, with ideally a further education in Human Resources Management (Federal Diploma or university degree)
  • You have experience in project work, optimization of processes and analysis
  • You already experienced coaching and dealing with other cultures
  • You have project management skills and IT knowledge (MS Office as well as HR-ERP or SAP)
  • You are well organized, structured, independent and have a communicative personality with a high level of assertiveness and implementation assets (willing to travel about 40% within Switzerland)
  • You speak fluently English, French and German
