Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and drive our human resources initiative. As an HR Manager with us, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the company’s culture, attract top talent, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR processes and programs.
  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus structures, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and equal opportunity workplace.

Requirements:

  • Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a significant field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • At least 10 years experience in a Human Resources managerial role, demonstrating a track record of successfully leading HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Adept at maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in all HR-related matters.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a customer-service-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or significant field.

Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).

Familiarity with HR software/systems
