For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: Your mission
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager Switzerland (100%) who is eager to drive the effective functioning of HR management and enhance the overall efficiency of the HR department in Switzerland.

The candidate, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be in branch of:
  • Develop the local HR team, practices, and systems,
  • Take the lead of annual HR management cycle while implementing GPV group processes, policies, and initiatives,
  • Ensure proper reporting, analysis, support budget and forecasting processes,
  • Drive internal communication and local employment branding initiatives,
  • Ensure an efficient and effective recruitment, onboarding and offboarding meeting GPV needs,
  • Manage the payroll process, ensure its accuracy, legal compliance, and timeliness,
  • Develop, support and implement training and development processes based on the needs,
  • Support the management by guiding and counseling on HR matters.
Your profile
  • Education in HR or in similar field, minimum BA or equivalent,
  • Experience in a similar HR role in an international work environment and leading a team,
  • Proficiency in Italian, English, German language (verbal and written) mandatory,
  • Knowledge of and experience in Swiss regulations (labor law, social security, and taxation),
  • Knowledge of international business and industrial environment,
  • To be systematic and persistent results-oriented leader, yet flexible and adaptable to changes,
  • Experience working with MS Office, good social and presentations skills.
