INTRODUCTION:
On behalf of an international mid-size company based in Lausanne, we are searching for a
HR & Payroll Specialist 80%

Reporting to the HR Manager

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
  • You are responsible for the payroll in coordination with an external payroll provider (monthly payroll instructions, recharge recap, annual declaration follow-up, appendix to salary certificates for LTI)
  • You are responsible for vacation system and preparation of monthly reporting
  • You handle absence management, social security and insurances
  • You draft offers ans employment contracts
  • You liaise with employees and external providers on training while following-up training budget files
  • You prepare and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
  • You prepare drafts and work certificates
  • You participate in recruiting process
  • You update employees’ data and organizational charts in the HR internal systems
  • You are responsible of fleet management
  • You work with Global Mobility and follow the processes on relocation and expatriates’ management
  • You are responsible for completing the compensation files for external salary surveys

PROFIL ATTENDU:
  • At least 3-5 years of previous work experience in HR within an international company
  • Professional HR qualification (HR certificate, brevet fédéral
  • Fluent in French and English
