INTRODUCTION:
On behalf of an international mid-size company based in Lausanne, we are searching for a
HR & Payroll Specialist 80%
Reporting to the HR Manager
Reporting to the HR Manager
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
- You are responsible for the payroll in coordination with an external payroll provider (monthly payroll instructions, recharge recap, annual declaration follow-up, appendix to salary certificates for LTI)
- You are responsible for vacation system and preparation of monthly reporting
- You handle absence management, social security and insurances
- You draft offers ans employment contracts
- You liaise with employees and external providers on training while following-up training budget files
- You prepare and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- You prepare drafts and work certificates
- You participate in recruiting process
- You update employees’ data and organizational charts in the HR internal systems
- You are responsible of fleet management
- You work with Global Mobility and follow the processes on relocation and expatriates’ management
- You are responsible for completing the compensation files for external salary surveys
PROFIL ATTENDU:
- At least 3-5 years of previous work experience in HR within an international company
- Professional HR qualification (HR certificate, brevet fédéral
- Fluent in French and English
