We are looking for a multi-talented colleague who prefers an in-person environment and who makes the work of all other colleagues possible.Our company does project management and product development for many high-tech customers in pharma, electronics, medical devices, etc.The successful candidate will locally implement group HR strategies on continuous professional development, progressive corporate culture and more, and will support management in employee relations, working conditions and legal compliance.Other tasks include invoicing of the company’s services to customers, managing various suppliers, and overseeing IT service provisioning to the staff.All in all, a very broad role covering many facets of the daily life of the company.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take the rough with the smooth while keeping an approachable, amicable personality. You have accrued at least 3 years of experience in HR (but not payroll) in Switzerland, hold at least a basic degree in HR (Swiss EFZ/CFC), and relish the mission of supporting an entire office. You are fluent in English, at ease in French - and some command of the German language would be a welcome plus.
