Job description:
ST has recently created a HR Transformation Project Management Office (PMO) to be at the heart of a Human capital transformation, with the aim of propelling the company forward at a full speed and instilling a new culture of delivery on HR projects.

We are looking for an intern to join our HR Transformation Project Management Office team for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility to be extended on a contract after completion of the internship. The intern will be based in our Headquarters in Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates). The wished start date is January 2nd, 2023.

Main responsibilities:

· Planning and organization of meetings and workshops (in person or online), including logistics and RSVP management
· Support the HR Transformation Project Management team in the coordination of the different project phases and workstreams
· Support the project team in their daily tasks and various deliverables on demand
· Create, update, and manage project documentation (eg. project charter, roadmap, reporting)
· Support in the preparation of engaging and clear presentations for all level of stakeholders
· Dedicated support focused on Change Management, a key element of the transformation

Profile:

Currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Project Management or any other relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills such as; Autonomous, results and details oriented, high integrity and work ethics, organized and proactive;
Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
Strong organization and digitalization skills (MS Office Suite);
Excellent drafting, presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written);
Strong willingness to develop your Project Management skill, knowledge of HR processes, and appetite for Change Management;
Appetite for exposure in a multi-national company;

Languages: English mandatory, Italian or French are a plus;

EU citizen and/or valid work permit in Switzerland.
