Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

  • You analyse internal HR processes from an end-to-end perspective, identify potential for process optimisation and/or automatization.

- You liaise with subject matter experts ( HR SME, ITS, shared service center) to identify and sound transformation potential.

- You develop / establish process automatisation based on available technology (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).

- You support our project team on a project workstream related to HR reporting & analytics. You liaise with relevant project stakeholders on parallel workstreams.

- You support the Compensation & People Analytics team in development and automatisation of dashboards, reportings, etc.

Your profile

- You have a university degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or IT.

- You have 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably with focus on HR transformation, project management, compensation & benefits or HR Analytics.

- You have proven communication and collaborations skills and a "can do" attitude and welcome new challenges. You like working on multiple tasks in parallel and are ready to take on responsibility from day one.

- You have strong IT skills (MS Office, BI tools, programming, data analytics)

- You are fluent in German and English.
