For a global international Tech company, the candidate we are looking for will provide Human Resources support to internal and external stakeholders.

The HRBP will be responsible for:

  • HR full cycle processes and practices in the country (2 sites: Zurich and Geneva) with the support and management of HR specialists
  • Leadership and all administrative topics (employee relation, payroll management)
  • Supporting business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on workforce planning, talent retention and employee engagement
  • Participating in leadership meetings to analyse and solve talent and organisation situations, providing consultative support and guidance to managers on people development issues
  • Partaking in and coordinating local group HR project implementations and internal communication in the subsidiary

The desired candidate:

  • Understands business priorities and translates them into high impact work
  • Has a flexible skill set; ability to think strategically, execute tactically and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations
  • Is an innovative problem solver that is results driven, and is determined to create and implement new approaches
  • Has strong management and communication skills and is fluent in Swiss German and French

This position requires a first successful experience as HRBP focused on employee relations in Switzerland (legal, HR administrative, social security, pension and Swiss payroll), change management and team development.
