And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.The HRIS Business Analyst is a 2-year FT temp position to support of the Identity Access Management project that is being run by Lonza IT. The HRIS Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with IT, HR and the business, to understand IT requirements and translate the HR processes and system data in order to support these requirements. This role will work closely in partnership with IT, HR CoEs/GPOs and the business.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with requirement gathering and coordination/story mapping of a large and complex implementation project for Identity Access Mgmt.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (IT, HR, Business Units) confidently and effectively around current and future processes.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations.
  • Break down and simplify complex problems and systems into understandable and smaller components.
  • Work with project team to conduct working session, to set priorities and build roadmaps
  • Build and maintain a successful relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Business analyst experience
  • In depth understanding of HR processes
  • Experience of large-scale transformation projects
  • To be able to think analytically – to gather and understand requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with HCM system
  • Experience of Workday HCM would be beneficial but not essential
