Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support throughout the product life cycle, as well as contribute to product development.
  • Be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, design verification, design testing, and value engineering.
  • Drive the development of new test methods and execute design tests, ensuring compliance with internal and external approval tests.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in psychology or engineering, with a focus on human factors engineering or human-machine interaction.
  • Fluent in German and English, allowing effective communication within an international team.
  • Have experience in conducting human factors studies, with knowledge of ISO 62366 and IEC 60601 series being advantageous.
  • Experience in international approvals within the field of medical devices, particularly 510(k) and Health Canada, is a plus.
