For our Human Resources Team Switzerland at the company headquarters in Cham, near Zurich, we are looking for a temporary highly motivated Human Resources Generalist / Coordinator(60%). The temporary employment is planned from July 2023 to approx Mai 2024.
In this challenging and rewarding position you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources Switzerland & Italy and will partner with colleagues on all levels from all over the world. Within a flexible working model, you are responsible for the implementation of the Human Resources administrative and recruitment processes that support both the operational and the strategic effectiveness of our Human Resources department. You combine entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with commitment, professionalism and integrity.
What will your day/week look like with us:
- Providing effective operational and administrational services of the employee lifecycle
- Carrying all the HR processes
- Creating, reviewing, and updating all the employee related documents
- Maintaining the personnel data in the HR systems (ABACUS, SuccessFactors, Plustime)
- Preparation of payroll inputs
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in all matters of the employee lifecycle
- Recruiting of the right talent
- Developing job descriptions, preparing, and publishing advertisements
- Active searching on Recruiter
- Checking application forms and shortlisting
- Planning of interviews
- Responding to employee and manager queries
How will you succeed with us:
- A degree in Human Resources e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education (e.g. HR-Assistant), additional qualification/education in Human Resources is a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years’ professional work experience in a role as a Human Resources Generalist / Specialist / Coordinator or as a Recruiter in an international environment with focus on operational HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders
- Self-starter, highly flexible, able to work under pressure, team-oriented, and trustworthy personality
- Process and quality oriented, customer focused, and technical savviness
- Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience in using Recruiter, SuccessFactors or similar global HR tools
- Excellent languages skills in English and German, both written and spoken, any other language is a plus #LI-PR1 #LI-Hybrid
