You are inspired to
- acting as a sparring partner in the team and provide HR related guidance and support
- leading the implementation/revision of policies and procedures and HR related projects within the scope of HR Zug
- handling expat assignments, repatriations and localizations from A-Z independently, including but not limited to
- resolving complex tax at source and employee benefit matters for our local employees
- support the annual compensation review process
- create work certificates in English and local language
- guide leaders on disciplinary measures incl. review of documentation
- prepare for and support internal and external audits
- Commercial background and further education in HR (“HR-Fachfrau/Fachmann”) is a must
- At least 4 years of experience in a Swiss HR environment of a multinational company
- Knowledge of principles and procedures on expat assignments, compensation and benefits incl. Swiss payroll, employee benefit administration, legal requirements and labour relations
- Strong written and oral communication skills, both in German and English; other language skills are welcome
- Ability to think through processes, challenge current practices and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as ability to build credible relationships in consulting at multiple levels both internally and externally
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Highly discreet, well organized with a good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
