This position partners with Human Resources Business Partner as well as Business Functions and global HR COEs to streamline local processes to the new global HR Model. This role within this dedicated 4-month project is designed to ensure that the New Ways of working within Alcon will come alive within the Site in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. In addition the intent is to ensure Harmonization, Standardization as well as simplification and to create a clear guidance to the Managers and associates to optimize the associate experience.
The incumbent is deep diving into the processes like Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Descriptions, Hiring, 3rd party Management, etc. and will be responsible to align the processes to the DACH or global standards by aligning with key stakeholders.
This includes operational tasks like, harmonizing checklists, building process overviews, templates, etc. on base of the global/DACH base by taking the current global process landscape including the global standard HR-Tools into consideration. This includes also translation activities of global templates etc. into local German language.

In addition the role is responsible for handing the streamlined tasks over to HR Operations or other business functions, once aligned and ensures knowledge transfer.
The ultimate goal is to streamline, harmonize, simplify and rolling out the new processes (Trainings, Q&A Sessions, How Do I? Sessions) to the organization in local language in cooperation with HR Business Partner and ensures the receiving functions/COEs have the relevant process knowledge and are trained.

to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner. Attentively listen to others.

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:
• Min 5 years experience in in Human Resources In an international environment.

Other:
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in German and English.
