The company’s goal is to establish a dedicated HR function within the Group. The succesfull candidate will respond to the Head of Finance & Administration and will operate in total autonomy, making use of the collaboration of external professional firms selected according to needs.

Personnel management will primarily concern the Swiss company; however, the resource will also operate as the main interface for the HR activities and needs of other Group companies located in Europe.

Organization, employee relations

  • Manage policies and procedures including employment, employee relations, and organizational/employee development for the assigned areas
  • Provides guidance to department managers and supervisors in resolving employee relations issues as it pertains to dynamic disciplinary action.
  • Organization and monitoring of shifts, remote working, attendance and absences, sick leave and days-off and liase with the external payroll office.
  • Constant updating of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company guidelines (GDPR, Travel, Benefits, Covid emergency etc.).
  • Manage disciplinary process: warning letters, exit interviews, etc…
  • Ensures company policies are communicated clearly and administered in compliance with all labor laws and reporting requirements. Supports company compliance with existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.
  • Ensure that all employees comply with the Group HR Internal Policy and labor laws
  • Manage and coordinate HR payroll and other related processes across all covered geographical areas in coordination with external professionals. Ensure payroll and its related activities are carried out properly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper labor law diligence and compliance with the support of external professionals.

Recruiting

  • Define recruiting budget in accordance with the Company guidelines and specification
  • Conduct and support full-cycle recruitment, identifying the more suitable and cost-effective recruiting solutions
  • Support local in managing Expatriates hired in other Group company and assure full compliance with local law
  • Onboarding & Induction new employee including negotiate salary conditions and employment contract with candidates
  • Develop and lead an IT oriented Talent Acquisition program with the aim to sourcing, selecting, and onboarding key diverse talent to continue to build out organizational capability and enable stronger talent bench and funnel for further development and growth.

Training & Development

  • Manage performance evaluation program and ongoing employee development
  • Management of trainings, collaborating with appointed external suppliers
  • Assist all the Corporate Functions Director and Management in identifying gaps in skills for team members through performance management
  • Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them facilitating effective communication channels between leaders and associates
  • Define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.

Budget & Compensation

  • Prepare headcount budget according to Corporate Guidelines and business expected performance and prepares forecast and revised budget periodically as requested by Management
  • Plan, monitor and control the HR Budget. Monitor headcount per area and ensure that are based on approved budget
  • Manage annual MBO process according to the Company Guidelines
  • Develop, in close collaboration with the Company Management, a new remuneration policy with the aim of structuring a compensation & benefits system that is both fair and motivating

Requirements Required

  • From 5 to 7 years of experience performed in HR position
  • Flexible, open minded, fair and balanced judgment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English. Good Knowledge of Spanish is a Plus.
  • Good command of HR Information Systems tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in IT or digital business company is a strong plus
