Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ethical conduct and confidentiality maintenance
