  • You ensure the smooth operation of the customer environment in the area of network and security.
  • You provide 2nd level support in incident management and with service request, change and life cycle management you ensure that customers can work under optimal conditions.
  • Operation of a Cisco network solution with ACI at level 1st/2nd level (managed services).
  • Operation of various security solutions (Firewall, NAC, 2nd authentication, security gateway, reverse Proxy) based on Fortinet and Big-IP F5 technology.
  • With your skills you guarantee operational stability and strengthen us as a 2nd level engineer.
  • A competent and motivated team consisting of 3 operational engineers in the areas of network and security awaits you.
Your Skills
  • Completed IT training and ideally further education (HF/FH) or in-depth experience in the operation of network and security solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in the operation of IT network environments.
  • Good knowledge of the IT security environment (operation of Firewall, NAC, 2nd authentication technologies, reverse Proxy).
  • The customer’s language is German. German is a very big advantage.
  • Willingness to work on site at the customer.
  • Able to independently solve complex troubleshooting
